Most, if not all, of the applications of this card are in other colours, Skyironsword.
It's the same reason flying weapon is
upgraded; so you don't need to make EVERY SINGLE DECK that uses it be at least a duo. I tend to find that annoying. Trios are really hard to properly balance and as a result I feel that I need to remove the entropy to make decks that use this simpler and easier to create.
2 and 3 quanta is basically the same upgraded anyways.

You can do a lot of random things with this card, and with some CC, you can do a lot of reliable, positive things.
Remove burrow from Graboid and Mitosis it, for example.
Endow creatures other than Crusader, such as Deja Vú, Golden Dragon...
With some reliable CC, all this is yours.
And the reason it's hyperactivITY miasma as opposed to hyperactivE miasma is because to keep the infinitive because It really bugs me when prefixes and suffixes of words don't .
"Confusion" is the status of being confused. "Hyperactivity" is the status of being hyperactive.
"Hyperactive", for example, says "I'm hyperactive!", just like I would have to say "I'm Confused!", and that bugs me.
So basically it's just my quasi-OCD.
How one would even name this card in the first place is questionble;
It completely changes the entire board in a way that is both negative and positive or both players but can be manipulated to be good for you...
It completely changes how both you and the enemy are trying to play their deck and their decisions in a single card...
It completely messes up how you planned your next few turns...
௵_௵ would be an apt name.
Dispersion Wave would imply that the abilities and counters are being spread out, not merely moved around.
... Mass lobtomy only applies for the mental abilities and not the counters and physical effects, for example.
How would we name this, thinking about it?
