NOTES:
I'm taking a break from the FitG series because I just thought of this idea.

Notes regarding targeting of the random ally creauture:

Immaterial creatures can be chosen to be attacked, but they will not suffer any damage.
Spoiler for example:
There's a Phase Dragon and a Phase Spider on the field.

You play Collision Course on the Phase Spider.

It attempts to attack the Phase Dragon, but no damage is dealt.

The Phase Spider is then returned to the deck.

Gravity Pull has no effect of deciding which creature will be attacked.

Creatures dealing spell damage attack other creatures normally, no special effect.

All effects on the creature targeted by Collision Course that would affect the opponent when attacking also affect the random ally creature.
  • Antimattered creatures will instead heal the ally
  • Vampiric creatures will regain any lost HP (not max HP) equal to their attack
  • Creatures with the ability Venom will inflict one poison counter on the ally
  • Creatures affected by Adrenaline will attack the ally multiple times

Could you say what is OP about it?

Would it be breaking that one rule of card design that says to not weaken Immortality? The Psion would attack the Immortal and do damage OR it could not do damage (because of the above rule), I'm not entirely sure which would be better

Thematically, I'd say no, because you can't make that creature run into itself. If there's only one creature, then it doesn't attack anything then is returned to the deck.

The attack factors in all on attack effects there are, so if it had venom, it would poison the ally creature, if it had adrenaline, it would attack the ally multiple times. If it had one HP with a poison counter, it would attack and die, just like if it were to attack the actual opponent.

rewinding creatures is very powerful,
adding stuffs on top of rewinding creatures makes it even more powerful,

4 quanta to remove 2 opponent creatures just seems too imbalanced.

4 quanta can also be used to attack two creatures with two Lightnings, and they don't allow you to keep the creature and have it come out later.

There's no guarantee that any creature will die, imagine if there are two Ulitharids on their field, no matter what, neither of them will die.

I feel like this isn't OP, but foxrain could be right, I dunno. I guess this would be on the brink between powerful and OP, although even that I'm unsure of. This could be absurdly UP, who knows.

I wish that people would give me feedback on my newest card :(

Granted, but your card sucks.

Jokes aside, it's actually a pretty interesting idea. It's basically RT and damage CC rolled into one, but without draw denial. I do think it's powerful, but not OP - raising cost by 1 to be on the safe side might not be a bad idea though.

Updated with ddevans96's suggestion to change cost by one, some art, and new wording so that it makes more sense.

This would be a pretty useful standalone spell. It'd work in stalls to RT creatures. It'd work against buff-heavy decks if you wanted your opponent's power player out of the way or you wanted to remove the buffs they'd spent on it. If we compare it to Gravity Pull, the other offensive Gravity spell, this one doesn't need any creatures on your field to damage your opponent's creatures.

Speaking of Gravity Pull, how would it interact with this card? If you played Gravity Pull on one of the opponent's creatures and then used Collision Course on another, would 'random ally creature' automatically select the creature with Gravity Pull?

I think I would have to say no, since it's not as if every time you try to use a spell, it automatically targets a creature with GP. I'd imagine the way the random ally creature is chosen would be just randomly choosing a creature with no attention paid to any status effect when selecting.
