i dont have a problem with him talking to people to get them to vote for him, my problem is the copy/paste job he did of my work.

Did he tell you he copied your idea?  If not, it's possible he just came up with the same idea at the same time.  These things happen.  plastiqe came up with a creature called Doppelganger shortly after I did, but he didn't copy my card's name.

didnt have to tell me, the cards were virtually identical other than element.

The concept is the only thing I can find that's identical, and it's a somewhat simple concept.  Not surprising that two people would come up with it... it's a bit coincidental, but in looking back, I ran into a comment by him to the effect of, "I'm sorry, I checked the ideas forum but missed the Crucible, didn't mean to copy your idea."  Not sure which thread that apology was in.

Either way, no harm done, you're in the Armory.  These things happen.

this card in my opion is prety balenced out but i dont like the card idea

Well, I don't think there is a point in saying this because this card is already in the armory.

its irrelevant at this point, only place for this to go now is level 4, and thats zanz's call (99.99999...% chance wont happen), if it does he can name it whatever he wants

If so, I would think the chance would be 10%. Anyways, when would he choose the cards?

consider all of the cards that have been made and moved through the system.  now, consider only 2 of them have made it into the game.  does your 10% chance still sound reasonable? no. not at all. its infinitesimally small (very small).  he can/will pick cards whenever he feels like it, there is no time period set for when he would move cards from level _ to level 4.

Well, really little cards move to the armory anyway.

armory is not a requirement to move to level 4, voodoo doll was in level 2 when it was put in (after some substantial alterations).  and phoenix was a idea submitted to a forum competition (and was then heavily altered as well when being put into the game).  so to date, 0 cards from level 3 have made it to level 4, 1 card from level 2 has, and 0 cards from level 1 have.  the past few months i havent seen any inkling that zanz is even paying attention to the game anymore, hes probably bored/tired of it by now.
