Does the 0|-1 effect come into play if you steal a pufferfish ability?

I know your trying to balance out growth/devourer skills but it seems to weaken the card greatly if used with any other ability.

It's already rather situational.

Eh?  He just updated the whole game a couple weeks ago, introducing quite a few new cards - including Schrödinger's Cat, a community idea.

I wouldn't be surprised if he's been on holiday break since that update, but he is still very much active and involved.

If you just can't wait, you can try the version that got put into openEtG. You'll have to ignore some of the random deviations in game mechancs, but its a fun way to take some of these card ideas for a spin.

This card is definitely lots of fun to play. Combo'd with fractal its like a lobotomizer on crack.
There's something very satisfying about stealing vampirism or overdrive off your opponent's minions and turning it against them.

I'd venture to say it's UP. Highly expensive for a single cast of lobotomize, the stats are rather lack luster (making stealing Overdrive & Vampirism less useful). You'd probably be better off running Parrallel Universe + Lobotomizer

Side note: has uses comboing with 0 attack Scorpions. But again silly, SoW is better

True, but not a big problem if you are running a gate-bow with it.

a blue mage for 2  is pretty good in unupped meta

^Use per use lobo is definitley a better bet, but you can't have multiple lobo's in play at one time... you can easily get several of these in play at once.
They were given 3 Hps so they are mildly resistant to CC. Having a trio of 3|3 creatures to take down is pretty tricky.
Basically, the advantage is that even though they are only single use, if there are multiple in play, then you have to cast at least that many copies of a creature to guarantee you to use an ability (which is what makes Ulitharid so annoying).
