Double ATK for one turn (Dive) is Air's domain, just like each element has its own. If every element had its Dive, none of them would really have it and thus Air would lose its domain.
Let's try something different, then:
All your creatures with < 4 HP gains +2|+0 for one turn.
Freeze all opponent's creatures in non-flooded area.
Delay all your opponent's unborrowed creatures.
All your light emitting creatures gains +0|+2
All your Darkness creatures absorb 1 quanta from your opponent.
Heal all your creatures by the amount of creatures you have on the field.
All your Death creatures give inflict 1 Poison Damage for this turn.
All your Gravity creatures gain Momentum for 1 turn.
All delayed creatures gains +3|+3.
All your immaterial creatures inflict Spell Damage for this turn.
All your creatures gains random ATK boost.
