Not exactly sure how you meant it.

If you mean it in a way that the first 4 gain +3, then when the 5th (or 8th, since we killed another 3) appears it automatically gains +3, then the answer is no. It would work like SoPa in this regard

I feel like you should "elementify" the mechanic so that it doesn't have to be in Other.

It's an overdone theme, but maybe Bee Hives and Bees?

Maybe have some cannibalistic creatures and that creature's den?

King Cobra and Cobra Den could work, they're wholly cannibalistic.

Perhaps an angry mob isn't too Elemental.

But a bunch of cannibalistic cobras would not reflect the mob mentality I wanted to present here (plus we already have Scarabs for that)

If that is out of the possibility, then at least try to dehumanize the creatures. Crusaders was straddling the line, IIRC.

Hmm...Mob could be replaced with Critical Mass or something similar. For Peasants it could be something like Grimer, and for Longhouse....Waste Container?
