NOTES:
I've always thought that :light deserves a CC, maybe a softcore one, so I came up with this idea.

This creature creates a link after he targets another creature; if one of those die, both die.

The skill is usable once.

Targeting itself lead to nothing (just a wasting of the skill).

Reverse time on one of the two linked creatures, breaks the bond. If the reversed creature is the Angel, once again in play, its skill is usable again.

Quintessence doesn't break the bond.

Passive skill: Airborne.

I really like the concept of the ability, it acts almost like a quint in the sense that if you bond to, for example, a Ruby Dragon, and then buff the Angel, it forces the opponent to decide if they want to get rid of your damage, while also gimping their own. Nice concept, Spike :P

Edit: Also makes the opponent think twice about AoE CC if the angel isn't affected by HP buffs and is bonded to a good attacker with HP enough to survive the AoE

Looks pretty weak. Unupped, 4 :light for 4|2 might work, but upped is overprized.

The ability... well, not sure if it is really that good. Sure, you can kill everything with a single shot of an Owl's Eye now, but nerfing HP doesn't seem needed (not to mention that sacrificing this card and using Owl's Eye is actually a weaker Ice Shield+Shockwave). If it is meant to let this alive - is it that worthy? First, it can still be killed the turn after it was played; second, your opponent must have creatures; third, it's stats are - especially upped - just not worth using 7 :light (that is more expensive than an Archangel).

I am a bit in a hurry, maybe I overlooked some good synergies.

Instakill opponent's creatures with immolation,
or make any creature vulnerable to otyugh or maxwell's.

However, since the angel also dies, it isnt really viable with such high costs.

I have to agree with Ginyu that this is pretty weak. It costs too much for essentially a three card combo to kill a different creature. It requires the Angel itself to wait one turn, a creature that can be targeted that you would prefer to be dead, and CC that does more than 1 damage. That's automatically a duo already (for CC and possibly a creature like Voodoo Doll). It doesn't seem worth the investment.

Under the current meta its probably not that bad.
Honestly, this card is not weak at all. Its a 4|2 / 5|2 for 4 :light thats not exactly a wimp in terms of attack power, and a decent quanta efficient mid hitter would definitely benefit the element.

The ability does have some potential for auto-kill abuse. That would require either fractal or mitosis and some way to reliably kill off this creature at will.
Otyughs or Maxwell demons would do the trick, but both add in a third quanta requirement. I don't know if that would be worth the payoff or not... probably not for Maxwell demons at least... so an amusing form of otyugh chow might be the better option since otyughs are a little cheaper to pull off and get some added benefit in growing the otyugh.

If the bond has been used and the Angel gets lobotomized (or hit with AM / overdrive) will the bond skill still trigger when the Angel dies?
Also, what happens if the angel or the bonded target gets mutated?
(the mutation point is important since that could present a nice combo with fallen elf, this card, and mitosis)

Whether the glass is half full or half empty is a moot point. It is always filled to the brim. It is only a matter of by what. The real question is: What fills you?
If your zombie plan is
kill -9 `ps l | awk '{print $2" "$3" "$9}' | grep "Z" | awk '{printf("%s ",$2)}'`
You might be a unix junky

The upped costs 5 :light for 5|2, that is an awful ratio for an upped mid-hitter.

This is pretty hard to pull off, as you will need your Fractal early and these Angels are so expensive... not to forget you run a trio. The idea of the ability is really good and original, the card itself just needs a cost reduction. I think 3 summoning cost and 1 ability cost for both seems fine.
