On further review, I think this card actually suffers from a pretty big issue that Odin mentioned earlier - why would you ever want to play this in an Entropy deck, especially when unupped? The way this is designed, it'd be most efficient to run it in a Mono
, which ignores the drawback entirely.
I think it might work out a bit better if switched to
