the art is really unique and leaves me a lasting impression.
"Can be cast by sacrifice" means that if you lack the quanta required for casting it ( 
<7), you can choose to sacrifice one of your creatures instead
being able to sacrifice makes Nephilim useful
but overall i wouldn't use Nephilim even if its mono cost,
its just not competitive or interesting enough.
