Solid idea
I like it because it has some nice CC synergy with Iridium warden, however I am concerned about the cost, it is a bit too cheap for its total stats plus having an ability and the damage it can deal.

perhaps increase both cards costs by at least 1 (maybe another because of the damage it can deal)

I am also wondering whether it can use the ability on Airborne creatures as well.

Otherwise I would like to see this card in game

Airborne creatures being immune to Stampede is certainly logical, however instead of 100% immunity I feel they should have let's say 60% chance to evade it (without/in addition to SoFr evasion)

SoFr evasion strictly applies to creatures and is definite. (Not chance%)

But I understand your point, if this is going to synergize with Iridium W., then at least one of them (Centaur) should be able to target airborne, so a lower chance  would be fine but how would that work with Target selection in the game? Target it, use quanta, it "might" not do anything?

Perhaps just let him target them with damage but the delay chance is only 20% chance?

SoFr is chance based. More SoFr=better chance

Right, (I'm obviously not an player from that misread and haven't faced enough Sofr, my bad  )

However It does only apply to , If coding isn't difficult hopefully then I agree:

1: At least one of the synergetic couple (centaur) should be able to have a chance at airborne
2: It is not element (rivalry with "Airborne")  and therefore thematically it should still have a chance to hit airborne
