Promotion & Archival Criteria:
- Organic Voting:
If a Card Idea (CI) receives the support of ≥10 community members, it is transferred to the next level. This is done either when Card Curators notice that the conditions have been met, or are informed of it. More than 1 CI can be transferred at once as long as these conditions are met.
- Ongoing Polls:
Polls are ongoing and do not close after a certain period. If voting activity is high, more cards move through the system. If voting activity is low, less cards do.
- Fluid Vote Number:
As the # of CIs voted on is in flux, so are the number of votes that each person gets. As such, when there is an increase or decrease in the amount of votes each Community Member gets, there will be an announcement.
- CI Limit:
At any level, in any Poll, there can be up to 10 ideas being voted on at any given time. Should a CI need to be moved to a Poll where 10 CIs are already present, it will be added to the level, but it will not be added to the Poll until there is space and there will be an announcement to make note of this.
- Archive Nomination:
If Community Members feel that an idea at any level should be archived, it is to be linked in the Archive Nomination thread. Ideas at different levels require different amounts of votes to be Archived (5,10 & 15). The Archive Nomination thread has 3 Polls, 1 for each CI&A Level, and the Polls may only be active if there are at least 3 CIs being nominated in the given Level.

Normally, we Curators would move the top half of 'winning' cards to the Crucible (top 1/3 as card spread evens out), but due to numerous ties in the current polls, cards with 1 vote only will not be moved for this round. If you feel this should be changed, please message ZephyrPhantom, Frozengaia, or AD Storm Bolt.

I'm not sure why there are suddenly two threads for Spirit Pillar [Forge Version] (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/level-1-crucible/spirit-pillar-spirit-tower/) [Outdated? Version] (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/level-1-crucible/spirit-pillar-spirit-tower-24827/), but Crucible was pointing to the outdated version. This has been fixed, and the outdated version has been moved to Archives.
