ART: No art IDEA: AD TienzuStorm NOTES: A permanent for Other. Because the Other/Pseudoquanta poll looks empty. The damage is like Catapult damage. This is very similar to Catapult actually, except it uses your quanta as ammo to blast your opponent. I am extremely unsure about this balancing. The unupped might be fine, but the upgrade looks really bad (in an OP way). Or maybe I'm overreacting. Who knows. Bleh. EDIT: If anybody could figure out why it copy pasted strangely and doesn't go to the center, that would be nice. CHANGES: None

Worse as in:

- Less powerful and not as good a card

or

- even stronger and making it an overly good card

? I get the feeling that it's the latter, but just making sure.

Would nerfing it to something like this below help?

Unupped= 5 Other for 4: Deal 3 damage to the opponent
Upgraded= 6 Other for 6: Deal 4 damage to the opponent

Unupped is actually a tiny bit worse than repeatable Lightning and is smaller, which should balance it out a bit
Upgraded is the same as repeatable Shockwave. Unsure about that. But meh.

As far as summoning cost, I don't even know how to try and get it correct.

Perhaps try and balance off of Owl's Eye/Eagle Eye?

What do you mean? This isn't any more similar to OE|EE than it is to other weapons.

I really like this idea, I think it could use an effect/ less damage, like * 5:destroy shield, or 3damage.  **do both, or up damage to 5.
