The Rules state that you get notified by veins within 1 tile visibility, which implies veins on the whole map aren't revealed to all players, we need to keep track ourselves where they are.

However, if you post publicly all actions of all players, then it becomes obvious from "Harvest XY" actions that tile XY contains a vein, which somewhat defeats the purpose of the secret info system in the rules.

So I think it would be enough to post current locations of players, but not their actions.

The only statistics showed should be players' and their bases' locations (Edit:) and a table showing that who PM'd their move already for the next turn.

Other than that, there is a paradox in seeing veins automatically within 1 tile range, but needing to search tiles to even find any vein.

Edit: after re-reading the rules I saw that the "see shard veins without searching" option was deleted, and I was informed that the 1 tile range applies both horizontally, vertically and diagonally (8 tiles, just like in minesweeper).

I searched the Rules again and agree with Sub and Zso on their statements.

Also, being able to "see" 1 tile range could mean the four adjacent tiles vertical and horizontal from current position or all 8 tiles surrounding a player's position including vertical, horizontal, and diagonal tiles.  Which is the meaning here?

Correct, you can only 'see' shard veins 1 tile away -ONLY- if someone's already searched and found it.
