If it wasn't already obvious, opposing player can also ban 5 cards for rules 2 and 4.

There is also no need of publishing the bans here. They can be given to your opponent just before the match via a third party, so nobody gets the advantage of seeing his opponents' bans and banning thereafter. Or, you can stay as confident as shock, and be completely transparent. Up to you.
