I think leagues must be something simple (no complicated rules)
And since shards are prohibited, nymphs and marks should also be.

Shards are banned for balance, not rarity.

Want to point put that my 'game idea' (no. 6) was actually 2 ideas, the first rule is a seperate ruleset from the other 2.

EDIT: and my other idea (idea 7) is completely wrong since it's supposed to be a completely different tourney)

I have to agree with that. Nymphs are anywhere close to be balanced comparing to their high cost, but mark cards only have advantages and ruin EQ and other PC-controlled decks (Well, your opponent only draw one Pillar? Explode it. Wait, it was a mark? Damn...). In CL, there is a small nerf for not getting the quanta when being played, but in BL it's better in any case.

I've never had a problem with nymphs or marks or shards being legal in leagues, but I've also never had a problem with anyone who wants to ban them in a match with me.

In the opening post of championship league 2/2014, it says championship league 1/2014 rather than 2/2014. Just a minor problem.

You need 30 matches when participating in only one league, which should be possible in one month.

I think the issue is more that there are 28 days of Leagues remaining when the rules state that players cannot join after the 30 day remainder period.

What's the reason to ban all that players who couldn't reach all the matches? Playing 18 instead of 20 (when joining only one league) matches doesn't sound like a major disraction to me, an insta-ban for next season is exaggerated for me... The fewer players allowed, the harder for the remaining to collect enough matches. CL didn't already have that much participants in 2/2014, and so it will be even less next season.
