The unofficial/false standings will be created within a day or two.  I'm experimenting with trying to create a win streak function.

For those who don't know, a "false" standings document is created each season along with the official standings.  The unofficial standings have a match list that can be edited by anyone, and automatically computes standings based on that, but we do not guarantee 100% accuracy.


Matches are only added to official standings after verification of meeting the time rules, while the false standings generally are added to as soon as matches are played.  Thus, official standings have a guarantee of accuracy, but lag slightly behind.

I'll just state two things for leagues.

One, if you are in leagues, and you feel like you've started out badly and want to give up because of a poor start or whatever, in the last season I quit after a few weeks because I wasn't having fun anymore with it, and I still got an award code yesterday for 3k electrum, so there's always a chance.  (I'd even thought that I hadn't done the minimum matches and would be banned)

Two, I most likely will be not joining leagues, so I wish everyone the best of luck and fun this season, and frankly, I hope you all enjoy it more than I did the last season.  (even the people who caused me not to enjoy it)

What's the reason to ban all that players who couldn't reach all the matches last season?

Playing 18 instead of 20 (when joining only one league) matches doesn't sound like a major disraction to me; an insta-ban for this season looks exaggerated. The fewer players allowed, the harder for the remaining to collect enough matches. CL didn't already have that much participants in 2/2014.

One potential strategy I could think of is stacking up a good lead early on to the season - then disappearing to ensure a spot. The 20 match rule would prevent that. If that's too high, how high should "high enough" be? I'm not voting for an instant ban, but a certain minimum has to be set.

That's not my point. I agree a minimum set of matches has to be played to be able to gain a price, and the set of now looks good.
I am talking about the amount of matches not to be banned for the following season.

So yeah I was banned, due to me losing interest. Maybe it's just not my thing, maybe elements just isn't my thing anymore, idk. But I would still like to wish those participating good luck in any and all matches you play.

Hello League organizers - thanks for all of the work you do to organize leagues; it is much appreciated and I think I'd like to join this year.  I have a quick question about the rules summary:

"Shards are banned by default" 
and later:
"No cards are automatically banned." 

Do you mean "no cards (other than shards)"?  Or maybe I'm missing something?
