Hey everyone! I'm glad that letting people join both leagues increased activity in CL. I know there are some people who were banned from this league season who might want to try it, but I'd like some input regarding it. Do I need to increase/decrease the games requirement? Are there possible rule changes you guys think would be good for leagues? Were the rules for league clear?

I realize that there's a S&F thread; this thread is really mainly for the purpose of getting feedback about double participation, but there's nothing wrong with adding other suggestions, after all. Do make sure to check out the upcoming patch notes

By the way... Time until Leagues 2/2014: League has started!

Too long
Begin in half hour plz

Playing both is fun, but if midway you decide that one is too boring you should be able to cover up the matches of one league with the others. So say, instead of a minimum requirement on each league, a minimum requirement -overall- would feel much more satisfactory.

The point of joining two leagues is  to play in both leagues (and therefore a requirement for both fits). That said, if there's enough people that feel this way...

Personally, I hadn't had much CL experience before this, and it turned out that it wasn't much different from BL - A fixed meta where people rush me with the same decks all the time. I'm assuming that the point of joining two leagues would be to "experience both and decide which one you like better", and I believe that wanting to stop one shouldn't impede you from competing in future Leagues. Likewise, you might want to play a match of that other league once in a while just to have some fun.

I suppose we could have separate ban lists for each league, so that a person who, for example, plays 500 BL games and 5 CL games is only banned in CL during the next season.  Having two separate banlists might get a little too confusing, though, but I would hate to see a player in the above situation get a BL prize, but then have to forfeit it because they played 5 CL games.  (it is possible that the rules already say this or account for this, and if so, then ignore me :p)

this seems a reasonable idea i stopped cl this season mainly because i wasn't enjoying it much and therefore the few extra cl matches past the mandatory ones was just for the sake of it. I don't feel you should have to play 15 or so matches in both leagues to avoid a ban from both leagues whereas if you play i dunno 50 in one league but only say 7 in the other under current rules that would constitute a ban next season but clearly you were highly active on one league but you still get banned from both next season.
love makin my decks unusual if able. Chaos and luck are widely regarded as different i beg to differ just refer to :entropy but for those in the know also refer to :time and :death.
