Wazzap!

Wazzap fellow elementalists. i am card master (not really a card master) a guy who plays elements. i stumbled across this game on the site Kongregate. I now play it on the actual site. i play rainbow (dunno if it's any good... i fail at imagination so i look up decks and then modify them to my own accord).  I am verry lucky coz i got 2 of my rares in a lvl 3 battle (Fahrenheit and Titan dunno if you wanted to know this :S ).

Please no comments saying that i am a copying noob (or anything that faintly resembles this). i am looking forward to you constructing criticism.

Welcome Card Master. I got here through Kongregate myself aswell!

Concerning your deck, there are some things I would change, but I don't know if you have the cards for that.
Generally, nova's are used in smaller decks then yours. They are only really usefull in the start of a match, because later on Quantum Towers will provide enough quanta. In big decks like yours you'll get nova's much later then needed, so in my opinion you can remove them from your deck.

About your weapons, they're good. But in a rainbow deck Eternity and Pulverizer would be much better. If you can obtain one of those two, I'd put them in. (Owl's eye is good though)

These are the changes I would make:
- 6 Nova
- 2 Flying weapon
- 1 Sapphire Charger
- 1 Phoenix
+ 1 Otyugh
+ 1 fallen Elf
+ 2 Quintessence (for the Otyugh and Lava Golem preferrably)
+ 1 Steal

And possibly replace Fahrenheit/Titan with Eternity/Pulverizer

Using existing decks and adjusting them to your own taste is something I do aswell. Nothing wrong with it imo.

btw. Have you beaten any false gods yet? Or completed all quests?

The deckbuilding help should go in the proper section (not saying that showing your deck here is bad, since you're not asking for help), but just for this time, I'll help you improving it.

If you're facing AI3's/T50, use smaller decks (30 cards), and lots of attackers. There are lots of pillarless nova decks out there...
If you're facing AI5's/Fake Gods, you should use more upgraded cards, or really complex strategies (not saying you can't do it, but you can't just make it randomly, it needs some thinking)...

hi Jappert,

i have done all quests and am able to upgrade cards and challenge false gods. (i havent done so coz i think i should upgrade my cards first). if you think i should add / remove these cards then i'll give it a shot... i have no cards waiting i just buy and place (i am not the best deck maker around).

Anyways, back on topic. If I were you, I'd use one of the decks suggested here on the forum. I'll give you some links at the bottom of this post (look for unupgraded first). One general tip: think before you upgrade cards, make sure a deck works and you really need that card upgraded. It's a shame to upgrade a whole deck and find out it's not what you're looking for.

Yes I wanted to try out the colors, deal with it!  The popular decks in there usually work very well, you can adjust them so they fit your style, upgrade them and go kill some False Gods! (or whatever)

i appreciate you giving links... i looked at them before... these dont look promising... i think i worry too much... it would be a shame that i sold my deck and brought one that doesn't work out... but i'll give em a shot

You could start upgrading Quantum Pillars to Quantum Towers. They are used in ALOT of decks and it's the first basic upgrade I would recommend.

The other VERY usefull upgrade would be the Otyugh (either one or two of them). They are also used in alot of decks and that 2 HP is so important. It's about the most important upgrade of all creatures in game

Hey card master.

My advice, now that you've got an established deck, is to stop selling cards from your deck to buy new ones and work on expanding your collection.  It's good to have more than one option available.

Also, if you just wanna try new things risk free, use the Trainer (http://www.elementsthegame.com/trainer.html).  It's even got the new cards in development right now on it.  : )
