Well, there is no "best deck", simply due to the fact that there are so many possible combinations so there will always be counters to a deck.  That being said, you can always get help with your current deck by posting in the Deck Help  (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/board,56.0.html) section.  The best idea is to post your deck and what you're trying to do with it (AI3, PvP, FGs, Arena-level, etc.), since it's much easier to give feedback that way.

That being said, welcome to the forums and may you find great success!

But I think I found a pretty good deck that I'm trying out now and it is quite fun to play with

Its an interesting deck, but with that many quantum pillars and that few elements being used, most of the quanta you generate will wind up being wasted.  I recommend either increasing the size, adding other elements, and more hourglasses, or using pillars/pends of the elements you use, and cut the hourglasses.  With a small deck like that and no pillars/mark dedicated to time, the hourglasses are more likely to slow you down than to speed you up.  Hourglasses are generally used more when a deck has 40+ cards, not 31, because with a smaller deck you generally don't want to draw too fast and without time pillars you will have a hard time drawing more than once or twice in a match unless you are lucky, or the match takes longer than I'd expect.
