So, I'm extremely new to this community, but would like to be a part of it. I am trying to fit in and challenge people, but I'm not fully understanding the concept of the game or how it works. Could someone please explain the general concepts/rules, or where I could find them?

That has all the basic information you'll need for playing this game and working your way towards the top.  We also have a Deck Archive with a list of some of the best decks you can find for each opponent in this game; if you find yourself stuck at a certain point, it's usually a good idea to give those sections a look over to see if anything inspires you or catches your eye.
