i have a question...what will i do if there is a player who's very annoying and sending a message of FU all the time...

is there a way that this player be banned...

Use the ignore function and don't expose people's usernames in public. Feel free to PM me in the future on similar issues.

There is an ignore function on the forums.  There's also one for chat, but you have to re-ignore them each time you log into chat.
