Welp, from the sheer amount of posts and dat Slice of Elements Birthday Cake, I'm not new here. Nonetheless, I feel like I should introduce myself to those who don't know me yet, and offer an explanation of some things who do know me.
•I liek pie, hence my profile picture of a cat nom'ming on pie.
•I'm the creator of Lionheart, probably the easiest FG out there that allows you to grind to your heart's content many cards that are versatile for use in many decks.
•I'm an avid badminton player who made my elementary gym teacher sweat like a pig (I bested him, of course).
•I have a total of 7 Purple Nypmhs. Umadbro?
•I ran in the 3rd Trials of
, and fought in an epic round of duels against the best
Master this community has ever had.
•You may consider me slightly introverted, as I generally don't talk to people in chat unless they strike up an interesting conversation, or say hi to the general public or me to chat.
•I was undefeated in my matchups in War III in Team
.
•I may or may not have been 1400 Elo
badgeless scrub player in a particular game.
The following is a story of my whereabouts after War IV (about a year ago I think), so sit back and enjoy the upcoming wall of text.
It got boring.
As a semi-Elements veteran, I played to make creative decks, to triumph over the AI and non-AI. It was such a casual, fun-inducing game. However, my interest in Elements started to fall apart with the lack of new incentives (I had all the rares up to that date; it was the time when the first of the new Shards were still in development), some restrictions disallowing me from joining the weekly tournaments I knew and loved, and my failure in War IV didn't help either. I decided that I needed a new environment to cool off then rekindle my love for Elements; that new environment was League of Legends (some of you even played it and still do). I didn't talk much in chat, so I thought I wasn't well-known. Hence, I made myself scarce and left Elements to rekindle my passion. LoL was a great game, though it did have its faults (the LoL community was full of trolls and ragers). I quickly became addicted to the game, and it was making a noticible difference in my grades and life; it was taking over. Recently, I decided that it was too much for me, for I didn't want to be controlled by video game. So here I am, back in the friendly community of Elements that I know I have control over and can continue to have a healthy balance between gaming and RL. The end.
