hi everyone! i'm not exactly new to the game, i have been playing it for a long time, and its really fun! i'm not a PvP person yet, but i'm going to keep on playing. i dont know if non- PvP people can compete in tournaments but i would really like to. Anyway, hello everyone!

as long as your deck meets the requirements of whats banned, and not banned, you should be fine

Most PvP events use unupgraded cards, so you won't have a problem competing even with having a small collection of cards. Just read the rules of a tournament before entering it and if you meet the criteria you can do it.
