Another Newb

Hi,

I just started playing elements a couple of days ago.  My girlfriend showed it to me, she found it on Kongregate. 

Both of us were long time players of Magic The Gathering, we eventually stopped mostly due to the cost of the game.  (Can you believe some cards are going for $100 now?).

So far I like the game.  I'm not sure how much I like the grind, so I might focus on building an un-upgraded play set by selling upgraded cards I win from false gods.  I'm also considering joining the war.

The one thing you may notice about me, is that I am an extremely quick learner.  Don't hold back, give me the most technical explanation you can and I won't ask twice.

hey there MajorApus, great to see more and more people joining daily! if you want good unupgraded FG decks then check out either the rainbow decks section or the decks on elements wiki.

if you grind lot's of FGs then you will find yourself with enough cash to upgrade lots of cards. it is actually quite hard to defeat FGs with a fully unupgraded deck since their own decks can be more than double the size of yours, the can draw twice as fast, can generate 3 quanta of their mark instead of just 1, and have highly developed tactics. the war is also very hard to join without lots of upgraded cards and just about all the unupped ones. as i've said, you will find yourself with lots of cash and the whole point of the game is to get the best deck you can. good luck and have fun
