Though I'm a member since 2009, I don't post too often (0.082 posts per day according to the statistics).
I met Elements in a Hungarian gamer
blog (http://kmk.blog.hu/2009/09/30/vizsgagyilkos_kartyajatek) two years ago. Since then I'm an addict.
My first favorite element was

but I could not tell which element is my favorite now.
Maybe I'm too old but I like old things like the
old wiki (http://elementsthegame.wikia.com), which I do maintain even though the community has abandoned it because of the new one. I know that some folks consider it as a waste of time (including SG) but keeping it up-to-date is not a burden to me and I like to do it.
My nick comes from my favorite PC game, the
Thief series (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thief_%28series%29) where "taffer" is a commonly used non-obscene funny swearword.
