I just realized I never introduced myself, rather I just kinda appeared outta nowhere and started posting various nonsenses.
I found Elements through Kongregate where I go by the nondescript, very modest, handle UeberBob. As a former Pokemon/Digimon/Yu-Gi-Oh/Magic player I was instantly drawn in by the game's similarities to my friends' spin on the rules of Magic. I was also drawn in by the fact that all of the cards are available to anyone willing to put in some play time not actual money. Then there was the fact that I could actually face AI's and people of my experience level and caliber, rather than constantly facing people who... well... toy with me before they finish of my HP.
I came to the forum for the Christmas contest and found way more here than I expected. The forum has come to be quite possibly my favorite part about this game over the other card games I've played, and the people that make up the community here are delightful.
I've already started making use of the Deck Help section, so here's to hoping I can successfully contribute back to all of you, my fellow Elementalists. ^_^
