Just a few things you may or may not like to know.
My in game username is pokemad34, considering how long ago I switched to my current username that place my account at extremely old.
I'm an on again off again player and like many people am on the quest for trainer mode.
In a love-hate relationship with devourer/pest but just plan hate earthquake/quicksand and trident.
Favorite elements are time and aether, although as far as I can tell mono-aether is easier to play than mono-time.

Finally I have a couple of questions.

Is there a formula for how much your rank changes per a win on the different AI's and arena? I would like to be able to figure out how to farm up my level easier.

What's with the attack and defense stats in the profile tab?

Welcome to the forums.

Using this table, you'll know how much score you need to upgrade a level.
The score you get is equal to the electrums you win in a game, before you spin the reel. Generally, the decks which provide a better score farming are decks against AI3, although it probably isn't the best way to continue in the game (it's generally advised to start with AI4). There are various tutorials, you may want to give them a read.

Welcome to the forums! Aether is indeed a safe choice for both duos and monos, but Time can be extremely powerful as a duo and its drawpower is widely used in rainbows, mono just isn't very versatile :)
