well weakly tournaments are just you, so you could get involved with them. You need to have 30 posts at least to enter a tournament, so the best way to start getting involved in the community is by adding your opinions to threads, or by posting your work in progress decks in the deck help section (though try to make sure people havnt posted the same deck before.)
A good guide is post often, but ONLY if you have something constuctive to say (not just spam posts) then once you have 30 posts, start entering yourself to weekly tournaments
