How do I join the tournament room? I don't see the room icon in the top left.

You'll find many answers there.

2. Watch out for the next tournament and read the tourney rules: http://elementscommunity.org/forum/pvp-tournaments/
The thread title looks like "Weekly - Tournament - Month Day - Tourney name"
Example for the last tournament: Weekly - Tournament - January 9th - From Zero to Hero - Unupgraded

3. Join chat: http://elementscommunity.org/chat

4. Switch to the tourney room. Ask people in chat  how it works if necessary.
