Long time elements player and lurker, had an account on here at some point in the past, it no longer seems to exist though.  Joined up again in the hopes of reaching 15 posts and being able to compete in a PVP tournament one day.  Hopefully I'll participate here often enough that this account won't get deleted and I won't have to start over, again . . . .  ;)

I've been playing since a few months before the old system of Top 50 was discontinued.  RIP rare farms, and thank you to whoever made the Pharoh farm I requested.

Also, Shard of Sacrifice makes me facedesk.  repeatedly.

Welcome!

The Forums had to change the server some time ago. If you ask nicely, maybe, an Admin will recover your account. I don't know if they can still access the old database. The page of the former Account Recovery Tool still says so. But it is worth a shot, especially if you want to play tournaments. This weeks tournament uses upgrades and presumably a lot of Nymphs, though.

Well I probably only ever had about a half dozen or so posts on my old account, so not worth the trouble of asking, but thanks for the advise!   And while I would love to participate in this weeks tournament, and have the upgrades and nymphs to do so, I don't think I'll be available when it happens, or able to make enough useful posts and plan a deck and also be available . . .  so i guess I'll just have to wait till next years Valentine's day tourny.  Unless nymphs return for Mother's Day!!

yes, it seems i'll be playing water mark and using pendulums for just those two cards, in more or less every deck : /

So I figured I would post this here since I don't really know where I should post such a thing, but I hope people see this . . .

After having read through all the rules for the PVP tournaments I made a profile here on the forums so that I could make 15 posts and one day play in the tournaments.  I did not fail to notice the note stating that spamming low quality posts will not be tolerated.  So now I have a conundrum - what if I don't have any high quality posts to offer?  While I have been playing elements for years now, and know one or two things about the game, I am hardly one who sits around making highly original decks, or compiling spreadsheets of win/loss stats, and I am aware enough of the forums to know just what is already on them, and I honestly don't think there is much 'high quality material' I can offer to this wonderful forum community.  Due to said conundrum, I would like to ask - any advise or help for a newbie on the forums to reach 15 posts?  I figure this post is at least 'mid-quality', so should be tolerated.  And this post brings me up to 7 I believe.  Anyone have some advise on how I should proceed with posts 8-15, without slipping into 'intolerable spamming behavior'?  This sort of advise is useful for everyone new to the forums, not just myself.  Is there already an elements-the-forum tutorial?

Well I suppose the only game related to this that I have played is M:TG, though I did also play the Middle Earth CCG, the one from way back in the 90's before the movies came out.

As for video games, I've played a bunch, though not too many recent ones.  I suppose the most contemporary game I've played is WoW, and that was back in 2006-2008 . . .  I do play silly flash games with some regularity though, on Kongregate.

I enjoy elements cause it's there whenever I'd like a few quick games, and it really is more fun then any other online ccg I've tried.  Never stuck with any of those more then a day or so, and been playing Elements for years ;)
