Hi, i'm kompjuternuss,

I finally joined the Forums, as member J617 suggested me multiple times to do (thanks for the continuos pushing!), especially for the possibility of participating in tourneys. I'm playing Elements on Kongregate at irregular times, as studies and work keeps me busy.

I am rather new to the game, have finished quests and collected some upgraded cards and shards already. At the moment I try to experiment with different duo decks, trying various combinations to find decks I consider fun. My current project is a  deck, using some fun controlly cards. No top tier, but fun to play. I can't say how long I will continue playing it, but I'm sure, I'll change my elements sooner or later. As you can imagine, as a long-time CCG and TCG player and deck tinkerer, I hate nothing more than people telling me "Why you not just play this deck? It's the best currently available!" So please, don't do that to me

Other online games I play are "War Metal:Tyrant", also on kong, and "Forge of Empires" on a german server. My username is the same as on this forum in both games. When not playing online, I play paper Magic the Gathering, most common formats for me are Commander, Modern and Booster Draft.

Hope this suites the guidelines for a proper introduction and that I can get to my 5 posts in time, so I can join the tourney on Nov. 8th

Submachine, you're right, I hang out in room #2 (or in Tyrant room #8) if I'm online - I prefer the more "silent" rooms somehow.

I won't limit myself to just try each duo possible once, but thank you for giving me the number!
I will try to play whatever I consider fun at times. Sometimes duos, sometimes trios, sometimes rainbow, maybe colorless.. idk, everything has to be explored (I know colorless is a little hard atm, but hey, maybe some time, one can dream)

Welcome.   I am glad to see you finally signed up here.  And good luck at the tournament.  A very good week for first time tournament players, I am sure.  (I have told a few people.)

You might also look at Leagues as you can duel on your time over a couple month period.  The next one looks tol be the 1 / 2015 competition.  So if you periodically check there, you will find out when it starts.  League information is listed under Events and Competitions, or, inotherwords, here:  http://elementscommunity.org/forum/pvp-league/

I am pleased to hear about all your different deck combinations.  My caterpillar has grown into a butterfly, sniff, sniff, ...

As for colorless - sometimes people consider black or white colorless, so maybe a mono of either, or perhaps even a duo of the two would suffice, lol.

Our "silent" room isn't always silent, just not very active, and thus is rather troll free.
