Ok, so I'll admit I'm not completely confident about the meaning of 'kochirakoso', but I'm fairly certain that essentially you asked me to keep practicing my Japanese on you.  I'm really rusty, and I've never learned much informal Japanese -- keeping in mind my visit was as part of a 'diplomatic envoy', not for hanging out, but I'll come back and give it a shot in the next few days when I have time.

here's a really great online dictionary that i recently found. it should help you quite a bit in this thread and whatever else you use japanese for. i looked up kochirakoso on the link.

i recognize the kanji for kuro. interesting meaning you have there. but what do the right-most kanji mean?
