The forums are indeed lovely once you learn where to find stuff. :) Here are some useful links:

Here you can ask stuff and then it will be replied. (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/general-discussion/ask-a-simple-question-get-a-simple-answer/) - simple as that; :)
