I figured out that I could look at the bronze leaderboards just by changing the number at the end of the url to 1, and then I found the bottom 75 or so decks dominated by decks that have been there for literally years. The oldest one on it currently is 1729 days old, almost 5 years. I suspect that everyone's final bronze deck is still lurking around, popping back onto it whenever enough of the other old decks take enough losses that they drop off the displayed board. I think that ALL final bronze decks of EVERYONE who has moved on to the other leagues is still there. Waiting. Watching. Plotting the overthrow of humanity. Well, maybe not that last part, sometimes my imagination gets the better of me, but there must be hundreds of 1 hit point decks that cycle through the bottom of the leaderboard. This is probably the case with the other leagues, too. It looks like there are enough people playing the silver and gold leagues to keep those decks from showing up very often (if ever), but I found a few decks sprinkled through the bottom of platinum league with 100+ days and one with 1271 days.
