the intention of this thread is a chat discussion - again - about my person, when i was absent, and the rumors there about me.
first of all, english is not my native language(german is, im from austria, and im a history student), so please be patient when some sentences arent in oxford english.
why im that famous?long story. to be honest, i dont know exactly. i think i was known as pretty nice good player and deckbuilder in the community, before war#1, and as very active person. then i won the trials against the first master of fire Kamietsu - and in front of plastiqe, who also challenged - and became the new master of fire, and built a team for the upcoming war, a new great giant-event. there was no auction at that time, so everyone could build the team with his "friends". the first two i recruited were plastiqe and kev, i knew both from beginners league matches and/or tournaments, and both were (and are) mature, polite, great deckbuilder and players. Corrum and cokeandaspirin were found with similar attributes, and syco666 as "newbie", the only "must" that war-teambuilding-phase. cokeandaspirin was - after a few substituted matches - replaced by girlsgeneration.
then i won the beginnersleague (plastiqe was 2nd, kev played cl, i think finished 3rd there; posted the deck (
http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,7528.0.html), i used to win a few unupgraded tournaments and the BL in the forum, after more and more ppl start playing similar decks) and we won the war. ALL of the teammembers - except maybe coke - played an important role in that war. exspecially kev did, but (rumor at chat) he didnt won me the war, nor
I won the war, cause we - as team - won, and i think we were a great team. i changed my BL-deck (

i (and now "I") won the war-betting (in front of girlsgeneration, if my mind plays no trick on me).
i also won a few tournaments, and after i became the first grandmaster, i won one too, without losing a single game and where i played pandebonium (
http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,9432.36.html), which was later successfully used against fire at war#2, i found out when i came back, a few months ago. to be honest, at the time i build it, i never thought, it may gets used for anything else after this tournament.
so there was a point, where i had a few tournament awards, was master of fire and lead my team(undefeated, but not so hard to manage with upgraded cards advantage) to the win of war#1, won the warbetting and was the first grandmaster. sg then started a thread in the humor section called "Antagon jokes" or something like that.
then i disappeared without a word - i had very good, private reasons i wont tell, not here nor in chat - and i think there my "legend" started. when i came back i was very surprised, the reaction at chat even scared me a bit.
why did i get the only 24 card bid so far, at current (war#4) war auction?i dont know, but i think therell be far more 24 card bids, im just glad ill have the possibility to play the war for my favourite element, fire, and all i could do is saying "thanks" to napalm (ask her!), who thinks im worth it. i am good deckbuilder and finetuner, and not bad at metagame. there are others - for sure - that are maybe even more skilled, than i am, but i think it is at least no disadvantage, to have me on the own side at war.
opinions of ppl about menow, i really dont understand why there are so many ppl in the community (or at chat), ive never seen before or played against them. they either worship or hate me. i dont understand both sides. i just want to have a good time with this great game and events like war or colloseum, also joined cl again, because i was bored, and woe, cause it looks interesting. winning games and events is nice - for sure - but just to try winning and preparing is the real interesting thing here. im no god, but im also not arrogant or a unlikeable guy, i try to stay always nice and never hide my opinions.
i hope this thread will answer all questions and stop rumors about me, exspecially in chat.
oh, and here short a few facts about me:
im 28 years old and from austria, now i study history and communications (again, after a break of a year) in vienna and will finish hopefuly next year. my favourite musican is bob dylan (huhu, plastiqe) and i like documentations and animal films (boa vs python, anaconda, arac attack, etc.
). and im proud of the fact, im able to find the glass of water on my bedside table at night. sometimes, i make peep like a bat and hope to be able to "see" the glass that way, but it never worked so far ...
