I had issues getting them at first myself.  I use Firefox and deleted my browser History/cleared my cache and it worked instantly with the next refresh.

It should still work. Try ctrl+h, then just right click and delete the lot. Alternatively, change to firefox because its awesome!

i changed off of firefox because its a shared computer and i was tired of having shared bookmarks, history etc

But its so pretty ;D

I always delete my bookmarks whenever I leave my computer anyway, for privacy reasons. Surely its worth it for the prettiness/sheer awesomeness of firefox?

Chrome is much simpler/cleaner/moar beautiful :)

Getting back on to the issue, you might want to clear your cache. Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete, tick "Clear cache" only, then refresh the game. Then you should be able to get the cards ;)
