anyway earlier i was attempting to save however whenever i tried it said that it was disconnected, my internet was still working and when i checked the connections it said that it could connect to the server

I've been having the problem for 3 or 4 days now.  All of the ping values look OK, and like the others, my internet connections are fine.

I had the problem, but now it dissapeared. I started playing elements on the elements the game website. It has the newer version so you should try that. It fixed the problem for me.
