chat window

it opens the chat window but remains black, in fire fox and reg internet explorer.   if i type something, it doesnt show, nor does anyone else typing show, not only that if i type it shows whos on but wont allow me to talk to anyone ???

I just tried it with Firefox and Chrome, both as a member and a guest. No problems.

This probably has to do something with your system because you are the only one with the problem. Try updating your browsers if they are not current version.

Oh, and have you been banned from chat or are you currently banned from chat?

This was resolved by a reinstall of both (?) browsers. I don't know what was tried before this, but I suspect a cache clearing might have been enough.
