Won a Shard of Integrity and it's not in my decklist.

 Today I won my first Shard of Integrity. I was very excited, as it was the last shard I needed. When I later went into my decklist, I almost smashed my keyboard. Is there anything that can be done about this? Can my account (which uses the same name) be credited, or will I need to wait until I get another one? I've been playing this game for a very long time. I started not too long after it first came out (before Kongregate) and have never had this happen.

Nope. I imagine what happened was you won the shard, then closed the tab without saving. (I'm pretty sure in order to make the game save, you have to leave the arena section) :/

After each game you play you should be noticing a little green 'confirmed' tab appearing somewhere on the top of your screen. That sign shows that your account has been updated. If you don't see that, or else if you run elements on multiple tabs, your progress may or may not be saved. Bad luck, there.

Did you happen to have the game open in another tab (perhaps on another computer)?  If so, this causes a problem.
