Two game accounts on one IP?

Didn't find anything about it on the rules, so I'll just ask here:

Is having two accounts on one IP considered cheating? Is playing on both of them at once, versus eachother, considered cheating?

The reason I'm asking this is because me and my brother did that yesterday, to try a hotseat game of sorts, and it actually worked. However I'm not sure if there are ways for people to exploit this, making it bannable. The fact that I can't get into the game now kinda scared me that my acc. is actually banned, even though I've just read there's a maitenance.

no You can make as many accounts as you whant. you can´t cheat with multi accounts.

And, you not being able to get into your account was a system-wide problem.  We were all out of luck for the past day or so, it looks like.  ANyway, you should be able to get back in now.
