Really confused...

My account on Elements is no longer accepting my password. My Elements forum account also got deleted. I received no email, nor have downloaded anything suspicious in the past month.

I'm not really sure what's going on...

Forums were moved recently. You'll need to make another account and then link it. Not sure where that topic went...

Your forum account didn't get deleted. You're actually on new forums right now.. dunno how you wouldn't notice that. As you can see here, you need to use the Account Recovery Tool if you want your old posts linked with your current account. This helps improve the forum looks. I also have the PRP for restoring other stuff, but you won't need that.

I'm not sure why you would notice.  The new ones don't seem to look much different, and nor do they seem to have much in the way of extra functionality.

Reigned by Death banner at the top, or .org if you look at the address bar.

I also think the difference is too small. One news line and a banner. Add a less subtile difference, please.

Differences don't really matter when you notice you have to register a new account, but it certainly should make you notice since you have to look at the forums when you do x)

There doesn't seem to be any real point in highlighting the fact that we've changed forums on the -new- forums, since if you're on here it doesn't affect you. On the old forums it would make sense, and I've done all I can there.

Guests don´t register (not all of them). They probably even don´t know, if they used .com or .org. Or who the winner of the wars was. Totally uninteresting for players, who read forum threads, but have no account.  And because the link under the game changed "secretly", I think it should be more obvious, that the adress has changed. In the new forum.

If they don't have an account, they don't have to re-register either. I fail to see your point.

Ok, may be that´s not a good point for you.
Some links (like google´s) still go to .com. You should immediately see, which forum you are in. No matter, if you are guest or not.
