The PvP2/Duel server has been wonky lately. I would wait a while to see who else has problems. In the meantime, you can do the usual stuff: update Flash, your browser and clear out your cache and registry.
Well now, what a perfect opportunity to start the new BL season! Just wonderful.
If you're looking to find out who else has problems with PvP2, count me. I have to run (gah!) Chrome to connect at all (my usual browser of choice is Firefox); even using Chrome, I have to check the connection map every time I want to play PvP2 or PvP3.
Calindu has the right idea. It's suboptimal, but it's a workaround until such a time as the problem is resolved.
I wonder what it was about the 1.31 patch that set this off, or whether it was updates to FF? Are IE users having issues, too?
On a side note, do IE users even exist anymore?
I said I tried the connection thing Calindu mentioned. I've tried running it while connecting, opening and closing it, refreshing, re-connecting when it times out (most of the time) but to no aveil.
Concerning browsers, I use Opera. It seems to do the job most of the time, however I will try using chrome and cleaning my registry (I did defrag it soon, but let's just try).

On a side note, none that I have heard of. That's what microsoft gets for being an asshole. They don't even deserve capitalization.
