Problems to get the new cards

First hello to the forum, my first comment...

Sorry for the bad English, i'll do my best.. ;-)

I've got a problem with my account. I can't get the new cards in basar. The CPU have them.

My version: 1.27 with IE 8 on elementsthegame.com --> see attach

I delete my cache, the cookies, the temp internetfiles and all my passwords etc, but still nothing change. --> see attach 2

I dont know what to do. I logged in with a different name, can't buy. My colluege plays elements too (my trial login was with the same name), he can get the new cards, so the server is allright.

I get this basar see attached 3.  can someone help me?
