Receiving the banned message before being able to log in

I wonder whether this is a glitch or not, but whenever I try to log into the game, it says "You have been banned from Elements". However, when I repeat the logging in process, I will receive the same banned message multiple times before being able to log into the game. I have not committed any serious offences, but I kept receiving the banned message, which usually should not be the case.

This happened to me once. From my experiences, it was because my IP adress changed each time and I got logged into one with a banned account. Just restart the computer and post here if this continues.

To change your IP address if you're dynamic, you need only restart your router. If you remain banned after a few tries, you can try e-mailing game.elements@gmail.com and pray.
