When I get a wrong password, I'm usually typing in another language, or have caps locks. Is you password strong enough to ressist brute force cracking attempts? Else it's a database issues.

I can tell you for a fact that this isn't the first time something like this has happened to a player. In this situation, the best thing you can do is e-mail Zanz and explain what happened to the best of your ability.

Simple solution: you can make a new e-mail for free from, say, Google or Yahoo and use that e-mail.

- your account is not lost, but most likely fills someone's soul with joy.

But srsly, email Zanz every hour while you still have an account to recover...
