oracle wont work

Whenever I visit the oracle, it doesn't let me spin it. The little box on the top just says "saving" or "disconnected" and I can't spin the wheel. If I go back to the menu, it doesn't let me go in again until the next day, and it doesn't work again the next day. Please help!

if i remember right, you cant spin the oracle if your internet is not connected. This would also explain the "saving" and "disconnected" messages on top. Also it is intended that if you leave back to the menu, the oracle will not be available anymore

But I do have internet connection while I play, and it doesn't work anyway.

Several people have been reporting problem with the "Save" function of the game and having "Disconnected" pop up more often then not.

Having a laggy internet makes me have to go with that issues for quite some time now, and they can be annoying.

Back to your spin problem - When I have that, I wait. No way in hell I'm going back to menu. I can't spin, but I wait, check my internet (Hell, disconnect and connect again if you want, it works for me sometimes), click the "Disconnect" button (If you don't know it pops up a page where it checks your connection), so on, so on. That's all you can do really. Or you can refresh your page. If I remember, if your game didn't save anyway, that will make it so you can spin again. (IF I remember.)

I find it to be a problem with MY internet connections, but as I said, a lot of complaints about being unable to save has been going on. I dunno.

Does it ALWAYS show disconnected?

Are you playing the latest game version (1.284) on elementsthegame.com? Older versions are not going to save the game.

Sometimes it shows "saving" but then it turns into disconnected. I don't know what version I'm playing, but I'll see which one it is and play the newer one if I'm not already. Thanks for the help!
