Not receiving Upped cards from Half-Bloods

I have been playing Half Bloods recently. I win fairly often, and in fact, I have had quite the luck on spins.

A few days ago, I "won" an Upped Purify.

Today, I "won" an upped Precognition.

The problem is, while the slots screen said I won the card, when I returned to the Main Menu and checked My Cards, neither of the cards was there.

Both times, I used up all three spins, and returned to the Main Screen by clicking the "Okay" button. I have not yet spun 3 of any unupped card yet.

Does anyone have an idea as to what could be wrong? I can clarify if needed, and I will definitely start taking screenshots from here on out.

Did the card come up on the screen (full card not just the picture).

are you sur you got it? maybe you got 2 upped ones and 1 unupped one

Yes.

The slots are spinning an the first one stops - a Purify,
the second one stops - another Purify,
the third one stops - a third Purify,

To the left of the slots, a copy of the full card (not just the picture but the entire card) appears, and there are those funny yellow sparkles and such.

And iirc, the card stays there for a moment, then fades away.


I am absolutely certain that I got the upped version all three times. I have spun 2-upped, 1-unupped often enough to know the difference.

Problem is still unresolved, but thanks anyways.

I have an idea of what is going on, but i don't know if it will help you...

Every time you change screen your game saves, but sometimes you may have connection problems due to many factors that i don't really know which one is yours, peharps you got the card but the game didn't save it. Try to check out if in the top of the screen appears a green button saving the game...
