Old account recovery?

I've had a few accounts on elements the best of which had a fully upgraded 30 card rainbow deck which was the  best for killing gods at the time. However I can't remember the username. I do know it should be registered to one of two emails, mr_moocky@hotmail.com, and another I'd rather only share with an admin. Is it possible for me to contact someone who could check if there is any accounts registered to my 2 emails and then send the recovery information as usual to my email?

Your only option is to send email to game.elements@gmail.com and explain your situation. Developers might be able to help you but I cannot guarantee anything.

But before you get all excited, keep in mind that a big pile of unused accounts was deleted some time ago and yours might have suffered that same fate.

yep. The thing about it was that most of the accounts deleted had very few wins..I think an email I got said 50-100 games played or less were deleted....so seeing as you had a fully upped rainbow fg killer I think you should be ok.

Today 130,000 inactive accounts have been deleted, filtered as follow:

If the last time you played element it was on version 1.14X or older and you won less than 10 games, your account is gone.

Why?
1 - We need room for new players
2 - A small database performs better
3 - We do not want a new player to spend 10 minutes finding an available user name
4 - I always hope for players to come back to elements, and I'll never delete accounts with a fair amount of games played (20), but if you played just a dozen games with your old account, might as well create a new one.
