So I've been playing Elements for awhile and I've found I haven't been getting the cards I've won in roles, well only the rare ones! When I'm playing Arena I've roled and won a Fahrenheit and when I go back to see if I got it I don't, I've won one from a special role before and got it but when I just beat someone in the Arena and won it in a role like that it didn't go to my storage place, this has also happen with 2 Shards of Gratitude. Is it just because you can't win rare/upgraded/shards/weapons from normal roles? But if so why would it be placed into the role? I'm so confused and just want those cards xD Any advice on who to contact or is there no way to prove that I actually won them? I'm just a little confused. Any help?

you should receive the cards you win in the spins. however, if you logged into a computer to play elements and then you log in on a different computer without logging out in the old one, every progress you make won't be safed. so this might be a problem :-)

Oh! I think that may have been the problem.....well, that is kinda lame. Is there any way to get the cards back?

If your issue is the one Gandora mentioned, then no. There is no way. Just do not repeat that mistake in the future.

Another thing is that the cards won from beating people are unupped, not upped.  So if you're looking for an upped card, it's not there because it should be in your unupped card pile.  (You didn't specify what exactly you weren't seeing in your card pile; if this isn't the issue, then yes, it's probably what Gandora said)

If not did not close the game where you won the cards, let that save the game. If you already did, well sorry. You can avoid this by closing the game when you stop playing so that you can play on a different PC with no problems.

Side note:  Make sure that you exit the Arena menu and go back to the main menu (where you can select Level 1, Level 2, Quests, etc.) before closing out of the game.  I was hasty once and refreshed the game before going back to the menu and came back to find that I was missing a Shard of Bravery I had just won.  May have just been a coincidence, but I'm not going to test that theory any time soon.

That one, too. Arena saves the game in a match and when you go back to the main menu, so if you close the game immediately, it will not record the cards and electrum you won from the last game.

also experienced this issue.  won a couple shards recently (probably a day or two ago) over a somewhat lengthy session, one of them from platinum spins, one of them from regular spin i upgraded.  cards no longer exist.

its almost as if there was a rollback at some point we may not have been told about.  certainly those other things are possible generally (the not leaving arena, switching computers, etc), but i suspect the recent pvp2 bug involving firefox users (it crashes your browser basically atm) somehow is more directly responsible.  also, i dont change computers so its definitely not that in my case.  also moved around elements menus before exiting session, so not likely either.
