Not getting Oracle Card.

Well today I logged in and went straight to the Oracle as I do, and I won my second Nymph, I already had a Purple Nymph, and I just won my second Purple Nymph today, after a couple of matches, and a little boasting in the Kongregate forums I found that my progress was not going to save, here is an image to show you what I mean.

Would I be able to send screenshots to the Elements game email adress and ask for help, by giving screenshots that I have, and explaining the situation?

Edit: It is somehow saving my scores on the Kongregate scores, every win I have, yet it says in game that the progress is lost, what does this mean?

Edit2: I also just won a Supernova Card from Chaos Lord, and my progress is still 'Lost' even after clicking Re-try up the top, I really want to get both of these cards. I need help.

When it loads press the re-try button on your main game window.

Did you have more than one window open of the same game account? Maybe forgot to close a different browser with the game loaded and then logged into the same account on a different browser or computer? Maybe accidentally left up more than one oracle screen?

No, I only use the main site for the forums, or top 50 farming, I have only logged into Kongregate today.

I don't know what to tell you. I don't play on teh kongregate site so I've never seen that "Progress Lost" button before.

Can anyone else help me with this situation, I got a reply from my email, and again it was the automated message.

For the past 2 days the oracle has shown me the card but hasn't given it to me.  I'm not playing on Kong either.

Nevermind, I'm a noob. Just read another thread that stated there's only a 10% chance of winning a card and it actually tells you that you've won the card.
